Domestic Hot Water Heating

Hot water heat pumps for superior efficiency, flexible design and advanced control. The range is ideal for residential or small commercial applications.

Climaveneta i-BX-N Hot Water

Did you know that on average, hot water and home heating needs combined account for over 67%*1 of the overall energy bill in New Zealand homes?

It therefore makes sense to invest in the most energy efficient way to heat both your home as well as your potable water.

A Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta i-BX-N Hot Water Heat Pump System enables significant savings to be made compared to gas and direct electric systems. It’s the next generation in hot water heating that utilises trusted Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump Technology.

Monobloc Packaged Hot Water Heat Pump System

The Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta i-BX-N System is a packaged external unit with electronic expansion valve and incorporates a complete integrated hydronic module as standard.

This super-efficient inverter heat pump system is suitable for heating, cooling and indirect domestic hot water production; furthermore it is designed to effectively operate in cold climate conditions for year-round comfort.

Add Radiators, Underfloor, or Slimline Fan Coil units

A Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta Hot Water Heat Pump System can do more than just efficiently heat hot water.

Flexible by design, the Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta Range includes super energy efficient, European designed room heating terminals. A Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta Hot Water Heat Pump System can also be integrated with a radiator or underfloor heating system.

How Efficient is the i-BX-N Hot Water Heat Pump?

The Mitsubishi Electric Climaveneta i-BX-N System provides high seasonal efficiency, thanks to the modulation of the compressor with DC inverter technology so that the unit provides the exact thermal power in correspondence with the actual needs of the home. High efficiency translates into reduced energy consumption and therefore low running costs throughout the unit’s working life.

Most of the time, the heat pump works to meet half the building’s energy demand. In fact, only one working point is no longer an expression of the efficiency of the unit, the focus is on seasonal efficiency. Thanks to inverter technology, the i-BX-N Range complies with the European 2021 ErP directive, exceeding the minimum seasonal heating energy efficiency requirements for both low temperature and medium temperature applications. This is called Seasonal Co-efficient of Performance (SCOP). The i-BX-N Range reaches SCOP LT35°C 3.80*2 & SCOP MT55°C 2.95*2
