Operations Support Administrator

About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Operations Administrator, you will be part of a busy team that support the operations functions within the company. This includes transport, supply management, building and maintenance services.

This is a busy and varied role so you will require an unflappable nature!

About You
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in a busy administration, accounts receivable and/or service provision support role.

Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and patience to get any task completed to an absolute high standard is paramount.

Territory Sales Representative
Location: Auckland

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our well-established Retail Sales team to support BDT’s commitment to growth and supporting our customer base. A minimum of 2 years’ sales or customer focused experience is essential with a preference going to candidates who have an appliance industry or territory management background.

Within this role you will be responsible for the sales, promotion and training of the Mitsubishi Electric range of consumer products with focus on maintaining a high level of contact with key accounts, building strong relationships and identifying key market opportunities.

It would be advantageous, but not essential, to have some knowledge of refrigeration or heat pump technology or have worked within the appliance industry. If not, you will get the unique opportunity to attend Mitsubishi Electric’s most reputable and interactive trainings with one of New Zealand’s best heating, cooling and ventilation solution trainers. We will train you in all aspects of our products.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have some experience managing a sales territory but this could very much be the beginning of an exceptional sales career. You just need to convince us that you have what it takes to succeed. You will most definitely need exceptional relationship skills that allow you to build rapport and gain trust from people. You will be a people person.

To be successful in this role you will have some experience managing a sales territory as this is largely an independent role and territory. This is your chance to grow your exceptional sales career. It would be advantageous but not essential to have some knowledge of heat pump technology but you will most definitely need exceptional relationship skills that allow you to build rapport and gain trust from people. You will have the ability to work in a consultative manner to identify solutions based on end user requirements. You will have a sales or customer focused background and be a natural born communicator. You will possess strong organisational skills and have a knack for problem solving.
