Now that work and school are back in full force, we face the challenge of getting back into the swing of things and dreaming up new ideas for the week’s lunches.

The 5+ A Day Charitable Trust has put together some handy ideas to beat the back to school blues for when you’re stuck with ideas for what to pack for the week!
