Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington Maru Building is a purpose-built facility for post-graduate students to collaborate and work located within the Kelburn Campus. It required an effective heating, cooling and ventilation solution with minimal environmental impact.
Tamahere Eventide Home and Retirement Village is a Ministry of Health certified age care provider for the elderly in Hamilton. It features retirement units as well as a rest home including dementia wards, a hospital and respite care. This new build project required an effective HVAC system to provide heating and cooling throughout the facility.
Holiday Inn Queenstown
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a new hotel located in the centre of Queenstown on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.
The hotel amenities include the Great Room function venue, approximately 227 guest rooms with ensuites, an undercover carpark, public dining as well as recreation and meeting spaces. Additionally, there are also staff back-of-house areas such as offices, storage and commercial kitchen facilities.
Equinox House is prime office space in the centre of Wellington City, located on Lambton Quay’s Golden Mile. This building backs on to The Terrace where Equinox IT houses their Wellington-based staff.
Akaroa Health Hub is a Medical Facility located in Akaroa on the Banks Peninsular.
This 780m2 state-of-the-art building includes a residential aged care wing, a palliative care and inpatients wing and a community medical centre.
PGG Wrightson Seeds is a purpose-built office building located in an agricultural research cluster in Lincoln, outside of Christchurch. This multi-functional facility is comprised of offices, meeting rooms, document storage, and associated amenity areas.
