Ecodan Swimming Pool and Spa Range
With heating capacities available up to 23kW, these split systems are ideal for pool and spa applications and require an external heat exchanger. The flexibility of this system allows the installer to position the heat exchanger separate to the outdoor unit, right where the hot water is required for both new and retrofit installations – this also allows homeowners to have the outdoor unit installed out of sight.
The Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Packaged Heat Exchanger system for pool applications includes a specialised Vaportec HXTi, built from high density plastics and a titanium coil heat exchanger it is suitable for swimming and spa pool heating. This heat exchanger requires mounting and installation of refrigerant pipe work to the PUHZ-S(H)W outdoor unit.
The system is controlled by the advanced Mitsubishi Electric PAC-IF061B-E or PAC-IF032B-E Controller.
