Te Omanga Hospice is a palliative care facility based in Lower Hutt, Wellington. Having outgrown the existing building on the site which was also deemed an earthquake risk, the hospice required a new facility to provide exceptional care to its patients.

Boulcott Suites, Central Wellington

The Boulcott Suites is a five star apartment style hotel located in Central Wellington, operated by the Village Accommodation Group. The newly constructed north tower offers a mix of classy premium studio and one bedroom accommodation facilities.

Chipmunks Queenstown

Chipmunks Queenstown is a new complex located by the Remarkables Park. Facilities include an indoor kids play centre, and a full-service café.

Cashel Mall - BNZ Centre

Located in the centre of the Christchurch CBD, with frontages onto both Litchfield Street and Cashel Mall, this 29,000m² development was completed in two stages, overlooking a central 1000m2 of landscaped courtyard.

Bowen Campus: Charles Fergusson Tower

The Charles Fergusson Tower, which sits tucked behind the Beehive on Bowen Street in Wellington, is part of a $203 million upgrade of the Bowen Campus. Since 2016 it has been undergoing extensive demolition and replacement of the façade, earthquake strengthening of the existing structure to 100% of the National Building Standards and full replacement mechanical services with new systems including specific tenant requirements.

Warkworth Town Hall

The Warkworth Town Hall is a historical building that has stood at the heart of the community since it was built in 1910. After two years of refurbishments, the building now has plenty of functional space with the main hall, mezzanine meeting rooms and kitchen all available for public hire.

Mitsubishi Electric’s new Infrared Occupancy Controller featuring an occupancy sensor has been installed into Transpower Christchurch’s new offices to maximise energy efficiency and minimise deadweight energy loss.

EMU Maintenance Depot

The EMU Maintenance Depot is a large maintenance and office building used as a main servicing hub for Auckland’s new electric trains.

This 23 storey building close to the centre of Christchurch’s CBD is Christchurch’s tallest. The building tenants include Rendezvous Hotel and restaurant, apartments and a penthouse office on the top floor.

Hazeldean Business Park

Hazeldean Business Park in Christchurch is situated on the former PDL Industries site in Hazeldean Rd. It is a commercial office complex comprising of several multi level buildings supported by a campus style cafeteria facility and multi level car parking building.

Southern Institute of Technology

Wellington Indoor Sports Centre

This very large (10,500m²) facility houses 12-15 indoor netball, basketball, and volleyball courts. The building offices were originally designed using Mitsubishi Electric split systems. However, as the project increased in size the system needed to be adjusted to match.

Royal Thai Embassy

The new site for the Royal Thai Embassy saw Fletcher Construction completely gut the existing two storey tavern (which had become a blot on the local landscape after 15 years of abandonment) and add a third level extension providing function space and accommodation.

Carlaw Park Redevelopment

Carlaw Park was the renowned home of rugby league in Auckland for many decades. However, it remained abandoned for 8 years after closing in 2002 due to health and safety reasons. The new development includes; Quest Hotel Apartments, 10,000 m² of office space, 450 m² of cafes and retail stores.

Located in Central Tauranga, 244- 255 Cameron Road also known as the ANZ Building is a large architecturally designed office building. The building remains one of the largest City Multi installations undertaken in Tauranga.

Tucked under the Newmarket flyover, this unique, eye-catching building houses another simple yet effective City Multi system.
